Imumungkahi ni House prosecutor Manila Rep. Joel Chua na isumite ang pahayag ng University of the Philippines College of Law faculty bilang Annex sa Motion for Reconsideration na ihahain ng Kamara sa Korte Suprema.

Kaugnay ito ng pag-deklarang unconstitutional ng Supreme Court sa articles of impeachment na inihain sa Senado laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.
