May rekomendasyon ang National Bureau of Investigation o NBI sa Department of Justice na sampahan ng kaso ang ilang mambabatas at personalidad kaugnay ng flood control projects.

Kabilang na rito sina Senators Joel Villanueva, Jinggoy Estrada, Rep. Zaldy Co, at dating Congresswoman Mitch Cajayon-Uy.
